1. What does a Corporate Member look like?

  • Has a need to increase the quality and quantity of Video content.
  • Requires quality and effective content to bolster its own and its partners’ SEO, engagement, clics, recognition and ROI
  • Is an organisation which has a number of associated companies or organisations for which it provides governance or products and support:
    • Trade body
    • National governing body
    • Manufacturer
    • Distributor
    • Central Government department
    • Franchisor
    • University endowment departments
    • Product provider and support organisation
    • Charities
    • Collectives of likeminded activists
    • Faith organisations
    • Educator, webinar, tutorials
  • Wishes to provide its partners or clients, with standardized content
  • A free or cost effective solution to the need for Online Content that is standardized and customisable to reflect the partners’ brand.
  • Self-published and publishing housing to animate and convert audio books to additional languages.

2. Can any person, group or organisation open a Corporate account?

No. All applications for NDP corporate accounts must be registered as a NFP in accordance with the regulations of the territory in which they operate. Currently, in order to open an account in the UK the group must be a registered Charity, Community Interest Company, or other registered Social Enterprise organisation and provide proof of such. In the USA your organisation must be registered as a Non-profit. CandyClic reserves the right to remove Content and to close a Corporate account if said content violates the TOS.

3. Can anybody see the videos we host in our account?

Not unless you choose to. Your account can be set to public or private, if you wish for the public to be able to access your videos, for example if you are promoting a cause and have produced or purchased a video that can be adopted by any company or person for free, fee or donation you can make your gallery public. If your videos are solely for the use of tethered organisations such as franchisees, partners or corporate customers then you may wish to select the private setting.

4. What is the cost of membership?

Corporate membership: For Early Adopters there is no charge to open a corporate account. Bespoke Corporate accounts can be arranged for large organisations. We reserve the right to introduce charges for all Corporate Accounts.

5. What type of video ideas do you suggest?

Not unless you choose to. Your account can be set to public or private, if you wish for the public to be able to access your videos, for example if you are promoting a cause and have produced or purchased a video that can be adopted by any company or person for free, fee or donation you can make your gallery public. If your videos are solely for the use of tethered organisations such as franchisees, partners or corporate customers then you may wish to select the private setting.

  • They can be animated (2D or 3D) or live action.
  • They can be suggestions from our Library or proprietary videos that you commission
  • You could suggest holidays, causes or inspirational messages, or more simply about your service, USP and products.
  • Why not suggest your partners send in clips with happy customers, or your partners using your product successfully and then share them with the network.

6. How many videos can we upload into our account?

The current limit is ten videos. However, videos which are dormant will be archived after six (6) months.

7. How can I make money from my videos?

  • Of course you may want to offer the Content Videos to your partners for free, or include it in their annual marketing subscription
  • Charge them an annual fee for as many videos as they like, or use our Pay Wall to charge per video.
  • They can add their own local logo and details.

8. What kind of videos can I upload into my Gallery?

Pretty much any as long as they don’t contravene our guidelines and that they are complete, this means that other than branding the video your partners do not have to make any editorial changes.

9. Can I upload single elements of a Video to the Public library e.g. just the music or video footage?

No, there are a number of platforms aimed at the Agency or Freelance market where individual elements can be uploaded and licenced. CandyClic is designed to provide Complete content video for the end user. Contributors can upload complete videos for publishing in the Public Library or elements can be uploaded to the Factory where collaboration with other contributors will produce a Complete Video.

10. Can I upload any type of content?

You must not upload offensive, obscene, racist, defamatory, misleading or deceptive content, including photographs, on to the Website or its associated services. CandyClic does not actively edit the Website but reserves the right to remove or edit any content posted on the Website or its associated services at its sole discretion and without notice, regardless of whether or not it is, in the opinion of any third party, offensive, obscene, racist, libellous, misleading or deceptive.

11. Can CandyClic help us to make out videos?

Yes, as a Corporate client we will work with you to find the best message and introduce you to trusted Creators who will realise your project.

12. Are there any other costs?

Content videos that organisations provide for no charge to their clients, franchisees and will incur an administrative fee, $15. This can be waived if the organisation has arranged a bespoke arrangement with CandyClic. Where content videos are provided to clients and franchisees in exchange for a payment each download and customisation will incur a charge of $15 or 25% whichever is greater.
